We offer online Internet access for both employers and employees. Employees can view balance information through the Evolution Benefits Prepaid Benefits Card, which can greatly reduce the number of phone calls from participants. Forms are easily uploaded to the site and employees can be easily added to the plan online, including personal information, benefit plan assignments, and their payroll deductions.
Flexible Spending Arrangement and Health Reimbursement Arrangement reimbursements are delivered through the ACH (Automated Clearing House) funds delivery system. Our clients set up a special bank account for FSA/HRA funds, and they authorize Evolution Bank First to make debit transactions from that account to cover participant reimbursements – it’s as easy as that! This system through Evolution allows for the most efficient and timely distribution of funds available.
